Images
You can upload images larger than 150 pixels wide, with a maximum size of 4MB. Accepted image formats are .jpg, .gif, and .png. Please do not upload images with watermarks or images of generic sleeves. Please take a moment to review
[g13.2.1] regarding acceptable size and quality.
By uploading images to Discogs you agree that the image meets one of the following requirements:- Image is Public Domain (expired copyright or public from inception).
- You own the rights to the image and agree to make it available via a CC0 "No Rights Reserved" license.
- Image is already made available through a CC0 "No Rights Reserved" license.
- Fair Use – any image representing a physical or digital product (e.g., cover art, label scans, packaging, liner notes).
Artists
Please enter the artist as it is spelled on the release, taking into consideration Discogs Standard Capitalization. Use the Lookup button to match the artist to an existing profile. If the artist name varies in the Database from as it is spelled on the release, an Artist Name Variation (ANV) should be used: [g2.5.1]
To utilize the lookup feature use the `↓` key to open, and the `↑` and `↓` keys to navigate. Press `Enter` to make a selection. If it's unclear which artist name is the correct entry, or there are multiple artists with the same name, please use the "Open" button to open the Artist page in a new window and investigate further. The lookup interface can be dismissed by pressing `Esc`.

Title
Please enter the title as closely to the way it appears on the release as possible, taking into consideration Discogs Standard Capitalization rules.

Label, Company, Catalog Number etc
Please enter the label as it is spelled on the release, taking into consideration Discogs Standard Capitalization. Use the Lookup button to match the label to an existing label profile.
The catalog number should be entered as it appears on the release. Upper/Lower-case letters, spaces or dashes should be transcribed as closely to as it is exactly printed on the release as possible.
To utilize the lookup feature use the `↓` key to open, and the `↑` and `↓` keys to navigate. Press `Enter` to make a selection. If it's unclear which label name is the correct entry, or there are multiple labels with the same name, please use the "Open" button to open the Label page in a new window and investigate further. The lookup interface can be dismissed by pressing `Esc`.
*Label and Catalog Number are always required. If there is no label, use "Not On Label", if there is no catalog number, use "none," as seen here.
Barcode and Other Identifiers
Barcode, matrix and other identifying numbers can be added in this section if they appear on the release.Country
This is where you enter the country the release was primarily distributed and sold in. If the release was manufactured in country A, but sold in country B, country B should be used.Release Date
This is the date the submission was released on. It can be entered as YYYY-MM-DD or YYYY-MM-00 or YYYY.Tracklist
This large section is where we enter all the information about the names of the tracks, their lengths, and any artists or other credits associated with the tracks.
*The complete tracklisting must be entered.
Tracklist: Position
If your release is vinyl or tape, you will need to use A1, A2, B1, B2 or A/B type track positions. If it is CD or digital, 1, 2...9, 10 style track positions should be used.Tracklist: Artists
If individual artists are credited per track, such as on a compilation, those credits can be entered here.

Tracklist: Title
The track titles can be entered here. Please adhere to
Discogs Standard Capitalization rules. Subtitles should be put in parentheses: ()'s.
Tracklist: Heading Title
Use a "Heading" whenever there is a block of text on the release that is descriptive of the tracks below, but is not the title of a musical piece.Tracklist: Index Track Title
Index Tracks are used whenever the Index Track Title is the title of a musical piece and the Sub-tracks below are parts or movements of that piece. They must contain at least two tracks. The last track in the index track should be marked as such via the "Make End Of Index Track" feature.Tracklist: Credits
If your release has credits listed for individual tracks, those credits can be listed here. Credits can be selected from the standard credit list here. Use the Lookup button to match the artist to an existing profile. Tracklist: Duration
Track durations must be entered as MM:SS or M:SS. If the track durations were not listed on the release, the method of how they were measured (CD Player, Stopwatch) must be noted in the Submission Notes.Credits

Genres
Genres are large, general categories. Remember, you can select more than one if needed.
*At least one Genre is required.
Styles
Styles are the individual types within those genres. More than one can also be selected here.
*Style is only required when using the Electronic genre.
Release Notes
This free text field can be used to note anything else about the release that doesn't fit into the other fields. It should be free of promotional wording and outside links. Standard Capitalization does not apply here.Submission Notes
Submission Notes must be used to explain all aspects of your submission, particularly where anything is unusual that might be questioned by other users.
